Kurosawa Farm was founded in 2005 by Nobuhiko Kurosawa, the 21st-generation head of a family farming lineage with over 460 years of history in Nanyo City. Grown using organic and low-chemical cultivation methods, their rice has won numerous awards at various competitions and is exported both domestically and internationally.
